Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Singlesthink Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Singlesthink Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. What you share helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Singlesthink Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@singlesthink.lat and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You can expect an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
